I've crossdressed regularly since I was 4 and also always worn heels. I bought my first pair when I was 11. I guess the two have always gone hand in hand.
However, I will often wear heels in male mode too and certainly the wearing of heels is the stronger of the two kinks.
In terms of it leading to wanting to be alluring to men and be intimate with them, I'm not sure it is all about gender. I dress to be seen and I wear heels to feel and look sexy. I love producing that reaction in boys, girls and inbetweenies.
