Wow a proper forum with grown up chat and ideas, what ever next LOL.
Has been good i agree but as always lots or our ideas would mean a ton of work for SJ so it's understandable lots of them are non starters, but good ideas alround.

The most simple thing from my point of view is to create a new category:
"JUST SHOES" No feet ,no cocks no hairy or shaved legs, simply just shoes!
With a hint especially for the ladies.
Would that be possible?

I think pics of shoes being worn is what people like. Otherwise they are just inanimate objects which you could just go to any shoe store for admiration. I think the shoes being worn by ladies is what's sexy, not just the shoes on their own.

if we want to see empty shoes then you can just log on to ebay or any shoe shop site, thats no fun at all. Nothing better than a nice sexy shoe being worn by a women who knows there sexy and loves the feeling they can give .

I come here because I enjoy showing off my photos and shoes. However, when I get scored a 1 in the competition for what I think is a good photo, it doesn't exactly make me want to keep posting more pics!

I'm relatively new to this forum but here's another idea... I know this forum has contests and stuff and I'm not too sure how it works, but how about we advertise some kind of heel contest, like sexiest heels, on some shoe websites. I know a lot of women like heels and like to take pictures, so we can possibily advertise it in some manner like that. If we can get all of the obscene comments in that contest filtered, we could see an increase of women members inside this forum.
This contest should be exclusively heels and legs and for women only
Maybe the winner gets some kind of prize? This could attract even more members or returning members to compete with each other. It's just a thought though, I'm really not sure how some of the site mechanics work or how the admins manage the site.

there are plenty of women here who post pictures, what you need is more involvement from them, for whatever reasons they are shy about what they really want to see... thats what you need to find out, then create catergories to suit... the men arent shy about what they like to see...

Yes, if we take into account the women who are couples there are lots who could join in more and it's a shame they dont.
The post from Hannah is a good exarmple of why there may not be as many women members, i have seen the pic and thats not a 1 in anybodys book and it certainly wont encourage her to get more envolved on here.
The idea of a wider compettion is great yes but with the silly voting that goes on here there really is very little point and ig there were prizes up for grabs icould see it getting worse, not better

I can speak for my wife when I say that she is tired of the comments. A lot of the comments that she gets are from men saying how they either wanna "do" her shoes or her. I love to look at the women that are on here but leaving comments like that may push the women away. A contest for just the ladies would be a great idea, but it can be hard to tell if the model is a woman or not unless you post a full body shot. So, with that being said, if a competition is going to be done for women only, then it should be a full body shot, with or without clothing, that can be left up to the model. As far as some sort of prize, I think that it could be done, maybe a pair of heels to the winner... Winners choice up to a certain amount. I don't know, just a suggestion.

I do get tired of people that don't read profiles and send me emails about playing with high heels. i think we are getting way off the subject here... the competitions dont need to be women only... and if u wanna see naked bodies in heels i dont think yr gonna get it... one of the best things about this site from a womans point of view is that u only need to show your heels... legs or feet... the rest is up to the individual, depending on how much of an exhibitionist u are, and i have nothing against exhibitionists before any one goes off on that one... for the most part you can be annonymous if you want to be, and thats a big plus. that said, dont forget this is a fetish site, its about sex its not britains next top model... as for comments... well if yr gonna show tits and arse, cock suckin etc... you are inviting comments of a sexual nature... doesnt take many brain cells to work that one out.... as for voting on pix, this is an ongoing gripe,there will always be tossers who enjoy marking people down for the fun of it and its extremely annoying at times but just getting one low vote doesnt spoil your score significantly, if its accompanied by a few more lowish votes then maybe your picture isnt as good or should i say as appealing as you think it is...

I will agree with SH on her comments. I suppose that if you are going to show your exhibitionist side, then I suppose you are going to get those comments... However, what about the women that are only showing their lower legs and heels? I have seen many posts on their comments also. As far as having a comp for women only... I am all for it, I don't know if it will get more women active or not but it would be interesting to see.

I have asked shoejack if we can have a category for "women in heels". As there is one for Men in heels, on a shoe website is seems mad there isnt one for women.
Therefore people like myself, Slutty, MFDFF etc can if they so choose, put things in there as I for one would look at that category most to see females in heels as opposed to guys in heels.
I just hope if it gets created it doesnt get taken over by TV's or blokes. (NO - that wasnt a dig at you folk, simply saying you already have categorys for your pics where there isnt one for genuine women in heels).

yes i see where you are comin from, but i am concerned that the segregation is not all together healthy for the site... when u start putting people in boxes you are heading for trouble... a good pic is a good pic, man, woman, tv, cd... cat, dog... do we really need the labels?? i just wonder if it leads to group isolation... i dont know, just feels a bit uncomfortable to me... at the end of the day, and we have had this conversation before... does it matter who or what u wank over as long as it excites u enough to wank in the first place????

It matters to me. The site is already segregated by the many different categories. I find having a shoe site with every category but one fir the people who wear heels most is strange. As for a good pic being a good pic, again it's all preference. Personally I prefer to look at women in heels more than guys and feel 90% of what I come accross to find romen in heels is guys in heels. Having a female category would mean not only I, but a great many males on here who only like women in heels would have an easier and all together more pleasant experience on the site.

Most women are not into guys who wear sexy heels. I try to talk to women and see if they are into sexy shoes as much as I am, and if they are, I invite them to join this site. We have to collectively change the stigma around guys in heels and then, I think, more women will join. Thoughts?

I'm a man and I also find the pictures of men in heels very unattractive.
Anyways, maybe we could divide the pictures sections into parts that are completely devoted to the fashion sense of heels or shoes. This might be a little easier than my earlier filter idea since it would only require a creation of a new category. In that section, there wouldn't be too much of those unflattering pics and hopefully any pictures that don't belong in that section will be deleted.
Anyways... I see why some women don't tend to stay very long on this site. Clicking on "High Heeled Shoes" does not show only pictures of high heeled shoes worn in a fashion sense, but has a bunch of pictures that they may or may not want to see. Since clicking on those links shows random pics, their first one could be one that just keeps them off this site for good, so I think creating this extra section under the pictures could do us some good. I think it could get us some female members and probably a lot of male members as well
That's what I think what the admins could do to get some more women members

Being 100% female i have yet to meet more than one female. Only one approached me and said anything about my pictures. Its the men will send messages and comments. i feel seperated from women right from the start. maybe, a welcoming committee of sorts. someone who could "guide" the new females members, show them the ropes so to speak ..introduce them, maybe to other members....Becuz this can be very overwhelming and i can understand why a chick would turn and run. if it wasnt for the friends i made here i would have left already...it gets old and annoying the messages recieved by men. Tell me something i dont know besides wanting to sum in my shoes and on my feet. (sorry) I think once the women felt comfortable and knew the ropes they might be willing to share more....just an opinion
