| Help explain my new foot obsession |

What I don't understand is where this new overwhelming obsession with sexy feet, shoes and all other aspects of lovely ladies legs has come from. I have been a normal sexually active man forever, but in the past few years, I have become obsessed with this little freakiness. I know it isn't a horrible thing, but I am curious where it came from. I have always enjoyed all the "normal" man things, like beautiful bottoms, nice legs, sexy smiles and well proportioned female chests. But I now find myself loooking first at a ladies shoes, then her toenails and feet, then her calves and eventually I work my way up to the rest of what I used to think was all the "good stuff". Is this just an age thing, or did I just get bored with the main stream stuff, I just don't know. If anyone has any insight on this, I'd love to hear it.

I would suggest you have always had a shoe/foot fetish, but perhaps have only just realised subconsciously its ok, and hence now consciously admitted it to yourself. The thing is, every sexual article I read hints that a shoe fetish is very common indeed; its just the perception that a lot of people think its “odd” when truth be told its perfectly normal, and of course very healthy, as nobody gets hurt….
Don’t think too hard about it…just enjoy the sexy feet and footwear that is all around us!!

I love everything about heels. the way way a womans foot forms in the heel and the shape of her calf. It's like looking at art. I can stare at them for the rest of my life.the sound of the heel when it connects with the floor.the way women look and feel when they wear heels. they look more sexy and they also feel more attractive. It's how they carry themselves when the wear heels.

its true... from a womans, and fellow shoe lovers point of view... when i slip on a pair of heels it changes everything about me, the way i walk the way i feel and the way i carry myself, i think the sexiness transfers from the shoe to me, through my feet and upwards :-)

Think we can all agree on that SH And you carry it off so well too.
In the end you come to decide if your going to keep trying to understand it or just get on with enjoying it. I have had two women who have helped me to understand that it's not such a big deal to be turned on by a women in shoes, and life is much better when you just enjoy the fetish but dont forget the women wearing the shoes!!

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I can appreciate what most of you are saying about this foot thing having been around for alot longer than I might admit, but I am still abit curious about it all. I couldn't tell you anything about the feet, legs or shoes of any of my girlfriends prior to 10 years ago. But now, I immediately take notice of every womans feet, what kind of polish she has on her toes, how long her toes are, if her feet are well maintained and if she notices that I am looking at her shoes and feet. I now look at feet the way I used to look at a large chest. It's like I can't help myself, Maybe I can't! But I do like what you all said about not getting hung up it all, just enjoy it. I guess I'll go with that for now!

dont try and go too deep into it, just enjoy it for what it is. there are so many variations on a theme here, you are unique because you are you and your obsession is yours, what this site prooves is that theres nothing wrong with it, there are many who share it on varying levels. as long as you have fun and no one gets hurt its all good :-)

i enjoyed reading the comment from SH about how the heels make her feel when she slips her feet into them, what a nice thought to see.
Was wondering how other ladies who maybe dont wear heels feel about the shoes they slip into, say a girl who loves trainers, or flat pumps, does she feel an instant rise in how sexy she looks and feels by putting those on in the same way.
The heels are always a classic sexy look and well known for the effect thay create on a womens body so how about flats and trainers, clearly they are a turn on for guys as well as heels but lets here from a womens point of view.
