I have used Ebay and sites like howcool.com
and shoesonline.com.au to buy mine.

Delco is right, Ebay and HowCool is your best bet. I also like PaylessShoeSource, yes I know they are not as glamourous but they do have some cute flats and heels and they are inexpensive.

Just becareful of most online sites that "specialize" in larger size shoes, they usually don't have a very good selection and they charge more for them.
what a shock!
