I have increased the minimum number of votes to get onto the leader boards to 30 as I thought it would give more members a chance to be seen.

I have been a member for several years. Not many of my pictures have 10 votes particularly the recently ones within the last year or two. While this is good to make cheating more difficult but it is going to take years to get ranked!

highonheels may have a point here. If you look at your pictures and see the amount of times they are voted for, it would take a long time to get to 30.
Therefore I have done the following:
1. put it back to 10 until we sort out what the best setting would be.
2. Increased the number of profile shown to 10.
3. put some of the categories on the left side of the site as it would be too long just on the right.
What I will do next is find out what the average number of times an image is voted for on the site.
Results are in: 17 is the average votes per image, so perhaps we should try this figure to give the best representation across the membership.
