I've seen stills of guys having needles through their balls, scrotums nailed to some wood, women with needles through their tits, and so on. I presumed it's all probably real as there are some folk somewhere sick enough to do anything. But it aint my sort of thing. I skip past material like that. I love to get trampled but i must admit , this video got me thinking. once my wife cracked my rib so i dont let her stepped on my chest anymore. after this video, definnitelly wont do it on my chest

I have not even watched it and wont I have have scars on my my legs from when my mother kicked me wearing spikes accross the floor when I was a kid, I think spilt some milk or something at the time.

As one of the comments say, it's a fake... you can see the video cut right before she punctures his stomach with her heel. If it were real, it would be truly disgusting... definitely not a turn-on, and I'm usually up for anything.

I love to trample....and some boytoys get off on my heel when the heel rips into them...it is the ultimate power....the video is probably a fake...as the "blood" looks like chocolate syrup....too dark from where the heel punctures the guy.....I would like to use a stiletto on him ....but the heel would not go that deep unless you stomped on him with more force...and then it is tough to puncture through the skin...believe me....I have jumped on boytoys before....now...if the heel is worn down to the nail....or it is more sharp....then it is a real possibility...any volunteers? I will bring the spikes you bring your gut :)
