i personally think they look kinda silly from
an aesthetic stand point, but after my lovely
miss had them for a few weeks, i can tell you
there are real results. there's a noticeable
definition in her calves.

so, whether you think they're hot or not, they
aparently do seem to work :)

I think its different for everyone like any weight loss. I had the reebok version a good while ago and used to walk to and from work in them so noticed a difference in a couple of months. My friend has these sketchers and she says they have done her good too. I just think they look a little weird. But they are so fun. Its like walking on sand at the beach even standing still you move around. It's bizarre :-)

she had a pair of sneakers that she wore to
work and they were killing her poor feets so
she picked up a pair of these after hearing
from co-workers that they were comfortable.
she certainly doesn't need to lose any weight
but she was curious if they would actually do
anything to shape her butt. so far, she (and i)
have noticed definition coming out in her
calves after only a month or so.
