seems like everyotha day i get a vote on a pic and its always a 1!makin me quite mad!!! anyone else having this problem? PLZ STOP UNFAIRLY RATING!!!!!

Apologies for this but if you look in the forums it is an ongoing issue which millions of words have been written on.
However, only one person can see the scores on the site and it is shoejack so how do you know they are 1's? If your score is going down it could be any score lower than your average which is changing your ratings?

you can see your total score underneath each photo and how many have voted on it so its easy to work out... especially if you check regularly or your previous score was high...

Low scoreing members are a problem on here and have been for a long time. If you really dont like it you can turn off your voting bar and you will remain at the current score you have of 7.0. Have to say anyone with a score of over 6 is doing well on here so you cant have too many 1's to your name. There are lots of members with really amazing pics that are far lower than 7.
It's very easy to tell the vote your getting, you just look at the pic in "your pictures" and if you follow your votes it's simple maths, even easier if it's the first few votes.

I can give a one and I can give a ten and if it`s an absolutely terrible shot i give it a one.
Besides that I do not rate any sneaker or Boot shots cause I don`t dare to judge something I don`t, let`s say "understand", I simply don`t like sneakers or boots so I don`t rate them. But if it`s a REALLY TERRIBLE shot of a high heel pump then why shouldn`t I rate it with a one ?
I didn`t check your pics so maybe it`s someone who don`t likes you.

I have no problem with a vote of one for a picture that deserves it. In truth not many are really worth just a 1. If some effort has gone into the shot then it's got to be more than that.
It's the members voting 1 all the time or just to skip tio the next pic that spoils it for those who like to get good votes and work hard at there pics.

even if u dont like someone its no excuse to vote 1. a really bad out of focus pic that u can hardly see may be a 1 orrrr in the wrong category ie shoes inserted in a male rectum in the extreme heels catergory.... which i dont go in any more because you cant get away from it lol
i didnt realise this score disappeared when u have your voting bars turned off but it makes sense

I never go below a 5 vote. Even if I don't like the pic. Cause I know they take a lot of time and pride in their pics.

Why not let 5 be the lowest and 10 the highest number rating?
I guess that can be fixed in the rating system...?

This issue had been around for ages What i have Noticed is That most of the one voters are the members Who use and post NET* pics on there profile, Witch we all know takes lil time, lil effort, and is a lil fake,

The copyright of images posted remains with the owner of the image, Hotshoeshots does not claim any copyright over posted images
We need to becareful on What we allow to be posted , Net pics can be costly

I am constantly compiling lists of users with web shots and sending them on to SJ. Seems every day or two, I find more and more... It amazes me how many web/ Net pics are posted here....
