You know, it's funny, I read an article on this on the BBC yesterday. They were talkinga bout how the Metropolitan police took a lot of these sites offline recently, and how they're connected to gangs in Asia, and how they usually are low quality counterfits or ways to steal your credit car info.
I hope no one has fallen into their scheme yet!

What's funny is people reply back as if they are listening. All it takes is for the site owner to press a delete key and block the IP address.

Actually, for the most part, what even though that is changing as site owners try to combat them, what they did was to program a spambot to go around and sign up for sites to do this. In this case, it's obvious that there is a person, but chances are that they are not listening, or even capable of spelling in English (they just copy/paste or type off a script.)
In the end, all we need is a report user button, or tell shoejack and it shoulod work out well here.
