Just as I have suspected for a long time, the member emmaukbabe74 is not emma at all. The girl is called Marie and has her own professional website under the name of bubblyblonde. Feel free to check out her site at http://www.bubblyblonde.com/pages/

I have spoken to her management and this is their response
"Hi W.A.S.
NO Bubbly Blonde does not post any of her images or any other images belonging to us http://www.msle.co.uk anywhere on the web especially without a copyright logo on them, the only images that we post are connected to our affiliate scheme so they would have links back to the Bubbly Blonde web site."
Thus proving that this member is not emma or Marie and has been posting Internet images willingly putting the site at risk.
I welcome the member to explain why they have been doing this knowing Internet images are banned

It us that attitude that will kill this site. YOU should care as it is illegal copyright theft that will get the site closed down, then you will have no more shoe site to look at.
Plus it states in the site rules Internet pics are not allowed under any circumstance
Digitising out copyright logos and passing pictures off as your own is against the law
I am sure all the members who have been speaking to the member on a personal level and have been lied to saying it is them in the pics and passing the pics off as their own I'm sure also care. This is wrong in my book.

I agree, Marie in the pics is gorgeous. Yes they are lovely pics, but was obvious to me from the start they are general modelling shots focusng on stockings and not shoes. I found some pics of hers focusing on the shoes, yet they were never posted. Bizarre.

How I found it Emma was a fraud, is I was on www.highheelschatroom.com, and the Site Creator was on at the time, and informed me that Emma was accessing the Internet from a server in North Vancouver Canada, not Edinburgh Scotland, and It is a guy, not a Girl.

I think if someone took a little time and looked at the copyright law (note it varies in different countries) the site itself is not responsible when another party has posted copyright material when the site owner is not aware of it and takes all resonable steps to stop copyrighted material from being posted.

Thank you for your clarification. That is why we do what we do by scouring our members for picures etc. Therefore we are pro actively trying should we get pulled up on it. Last thing we need is a big fine or site closure

see...stuff like this really pisses me off. Apparently there are some out there who have absolutely no respect for a lovely young woman. It has happened to me in the past, although my pics were not copyrighted...still infuriated me just the same. For someone to grab someone else's pics and claim credit for them is unacceptable!!! Period.

A little background on us. I live in a basement apartment, and my ex and her boyfriend are upstairs. I'm sub, they're dom, and we all get along like three bugs in a rug.

Many of us were fooled by some jerk posing as a hottie. I should have known better. I now shoot with a Nikon D2Xs at 12.6m pixels under HMI lighting, but it takes hours to set up a studio. The pics we've accumulated over the years varies from old scans from polaroids, pocket cameras, and semi-pro quality. It was unusual to see an entire collection of professional grade photos in the member's profile. Nevertheless, the member talked a good game.

Quite frankly, I don't really think it's important. Yes, it would be nice to trust the world regarding an accurate disclosure of gender, however, that's really not the issue.
The member plagiarized copywrite material without the owner's knowlege or consent.
Think about it - What if your business was selling landscape photos and someone copied them and published them where anyone could have them?
I could give a crap less what the member's true gender; they're actions endanger the website's integrity to operate. It doesn't mean the website is responsible, nevertheless, any civil damage accusation would have to be defended at great expense.
I am personally going to collect the member ID's, as well as, the photo ID numbers to report to both site managers and site owner. It's time for all of us begin to police this site!

You can not always tell if a member is male or female but you can sometimes tell from different factors.
This one in question is as I state, it is not normal practice that females on this site email other females stating what they would like to do to them and in what mannner.
However if you are female, you get this from many members daily. Therefore that was a big give away, as this member wrote to me from very much a male perspective using terminology, manner and tone which I only hear from Male members. I guess female members talk to other female members differently than males talk to females. However that is just my experience. I have talked to several of the other ladies on here and it is has never ever been sexual in the sense of "i want to do this and that to you and your shoes" etc.
So, in answer to your question again, no you can not always tell who is a male or female member, however certain things suggest strongly one way or the other and this was certainly prevalent in this case.
