Thought the whole idea of the site was to post your pics on here then we all get to enjoy them and you get to see all the others pics too, cant see the point of swapping candid pics

Bless
This is like a bad penny that keeps turning up. I think it must be about the tenth time we have seen this question, with people posting the same answers.
I (like may people probably) get people emailing me personally asking to swap pics - I never understood it? Bless ya hearts.

I can understand members swaping pics that are more personal in there content and if you feel doing that on a more personal level is right then thats cool.

I still dont understand that though. If you have pictures you would not consider posting here, to a bunch of strangers - then why would you feel ok sending those pictures so some strangers via email separately? Its all the same
So if you are willing to send more "personal" pictures via email, and this site you are anonymous anyway then I do not see why you would not post those same images on your profile for all to enjoy?

Maybe some members feel more at home with certan other members who they build up a friendship with.If they share the same love of the same styles of shoes or type of pics they maybe more willling to show more in there pics between themselves than just a blanket posting on here. Just my thoughts

Whats is the problem with people posting the question? And why do some people feel the need to chastise them if they do.
Who cares how you look at things it may not be how others look at things. Some people really know how to take the fun out of everything.

Good lord man I am totally astonished how my post can be taken in a negative way by you, but then maybe it is the age old problem of text can not dictate tone.
Shay did not take this the wrong way however i feel you are taking it very much the wrong way. No one has been criticised. Nothing is wrong with the question. It was a blanket statement saying the question gets asked a lot, and a heck of a lot of members post the same answers.
If you really want to read into it, I guess if people looked in the forums instead of posting new topics they would find the answers (as is suggested on the home page by Shoejack) - however, shay may not have seen this, had the time, or maybe did look for it or didnt find it - who knows and frankly it does not matter, as Shay hasnt done anything wrong and nor have I said he has. So there is nothing wrong with the member asking the question. My post was a blanket observation about the question being asked by several people before - this is not a criticism of Shay, it is a blatant fact.
As for "who cares how you look at things?" haha deary me. That is rather a bitchy comment from something so misunderstood. I will try not to get as personal with you. I will however gladly clarify for you though.
I did not say anyone cared, nor do I think people care how I look at things more than they care how others do - that is how you (somehow) interpreted the post???
The reason I express my non understanding of something is to gain other peoples valid opinions, such as Riftzone who makes an excellent point, therefore creating debate and expanding my education.
The internet, and this site is not just about kissing each others backside. It is about exploration and a place to revel in a seldom discussed issue and/or fetish. Therefore if someone does not understand something is it not part of life's rich tapestry and nature's course to try to further ones knowledge and understanding of others, by questioning, informed debate and discussion?
Questioning and not understanding something is not "chastising" as you say. It is to fulfil my ever constant thirst for knowledge
Thank you

Actually, the post was over a long time ago when Shay accepted the answer and said no problem. Not sure why it had to continue this far. Just move on.

what a shame that we seem to be able to turn a good debate into a personal slanging match. I do agree with WAS that the tone of text can often be misconstrue and turned into a comment that was never really meant. A little more tolerance and a lot more fun is what we need on here i think.
