i get messages saying... i love yr pix just gave you a ten... i reply saying thank you and RECIPROCATE... then realise that the person hasnt infact voted me a ten, hasnt voted me at all...!
Has this happened to anyone else?? Or maybe you just havent realised yet...

Seems a lot of work to talk about it and not vote. How do you know you were voted? Other than having a brand new pic as a main pic.

well if you put a new pic as a main pic, you can go to your pictures and see how many votes it has.

I thought sluty was refering to voting on profile not on a certain pic.

i have had that too, promise of good votes for a nice pic and then nothing reflected in the scores against the picture.
You can only tell if someone voted for you if it's against the main pic and you know what votes you have already but mostly that's the one that gets the votes, there are far too many pics now to go through and find a certain picture that you want to vote on, you could there all day and still never find it

thats not actually true... you can tell if your votes have changed on any individual picture... if someone says i like your pic, whichever one it is and they say they have voted it a ten... the change in the average score is obvious... this works on any picture doesnt have to be profile pic... this is how i caught out the person... altho its happened to me before, i wondered if it had happened to anyone else... i cant actually tell who has voted, no one can except SJ, thats how he finds out who votes ones... so you can tell him u suspect this and he will check it out

your right SH, you can tell if you have been voted on for any picture, but you need to know the score for that pic before the new vote is counted and i would not have a clue what they are except for the comp pic and the main one. So yes your right but not easy to tell.

Considering I dont have voting on my response is usually "you must be talented".
Whether people do it as they expect you to reciprocate with a ten I dont know. However I would not give any score just as someone gave it to me. If it was a crap profile I would vote it accordingly haha. But I tend to stay away from all that really so yeh, I'd say it happens a lot if it happens to most of us.

I have no interest at all in voting. I don't allow guys to vote for my pics and I don't vote on others' pics.
I will say I like a photo if I do (like the one of yours' SH, with you wearing red and black PVC). It's beautifully, sexy. Top drawer killer.
I used to be into the voting thing when I first joined HSS. It was great to see my photo at the top of the 'tree'. But I quickly grew to understand that the voting thing is nonsense because it gets used and abused. And folk get all twisted upset if they get a 1 when they think it should have been a 10. And they want 'something done about it', and retribution and all that silliness.
Recently I had a HSS user message me and ask me to vote him a 10. Not on you life, buster!!! It's clear some folk post pics **for the very purpose** of winning the voting war. I posted my pics cos I thought they looked nice and hoped others might like them. But didn't give a sh*t if they hated every single one.
HSS exists for the fun, interest, etc, of like minded folk. It's not a place for boastfulness, or trying to out-do the nect guy's photo.
Just how I see it.

I find the voting thing a bit odd and esoteric. But I guess that's just my perspective on being here. I believe some members enjoy that aspect but I much more enjoy meeting people I connect with and have fun with. I've actually physically met three very nice people through here and have a small circle of friends that have helped me understand my fetish so much that my current girlfriend is comfortable with it, helps me with it, enjoys it and even looks at images on here with me. I don't care if the pics of her shoes and feet score low, I'm enjoying what I do here, that's what's important
