I would actually say Kim Raver.
My wife likes watching Lipstick Jungle and I have to say watching all three of the women strut around and there are scenes where they have sex with their shoes on and what not. Heels feature prominantly in the shoe and I think her legs/feet are the best of the trio...

Yes the producers and writers finally figured out from Sex and the City and other successful shows that a lot of leg and SEXY HIGH HEELS make the ratings happen ! Same with Deal No Deal show with Heels on hot young ladies. I could have produced those ideas years ago no problem! Heres another -
How about a high heel retail store thats also a high end BAR ! The sales ladies all are hot and wear heels. Clients all try on heels and sexy shoes in a open air fun situation. "Heelbar" is my place ! or "Heel Candy" STU

That's funny, I was just talking about that a couple weeks ago. I live in a town that I have to imagine the brainchild behind Desperate Housewives grew up in and a place like that here would be great. A wine-bar/shoe store would be a killer destination...
Of course, if we get a full liquor license, we might jsut have to call it Hot Shoe Shots...

I saw a episode of MTV Cribs once. Mariah Carey Has one of the best Shoe closets I've seen. All stiletto heels (at least most of them) 5"+ some plats some not.
Patty LaBelle also has great shoe taste. I think I was watching a episode of a certain talk shoe I won't admit to watching every now on basic principle and saw her own there giving a tour of her house. She has a ton of really great pumps. It seems to be her fav. style if I remember correctly.
