like the guy in chicago or the chav from manchester who tried stealing them off unsuspecting girls feet. not an easy habit to curb. But one that can be controlled.

I'm sure he's been on one of these sites, doing shoes at work is job suicide, it's not worth it going to jail for a pair of heels.

I remember a similar story up in WI about 10 years ago, a guy broke into a high school and stole about 1500 pairs of girls shoes from lockers.
Ending up with giant stashes like that is always a fantasy, but man, it sucks that people have to steal to make it happen! :
Looking at the photos I've seen here, he sure has good taste in heels! :P

Yea, I just think about guys like that getting arrested then detectives looking through their PC checking out websites, then next thing you know we have a detective asking shoejack a lot of questions or undercover detectives on this site and others trying to bust someone. I know for some it's a huge rush doing that on the job or some other public place, and that's what gets them off I think, but gotta have more control and be smarter then that.

Know what you mean there! There is a well known shoe fetish forum, and you know where I'm talking about, betcha you know where I'm talking about, if they stood there and waited, they could possibly catch a guy a day.
Personally, I wish people wouldn't steal. With places like various second hand stores, Ebay and Garage Sales, there really shouldn't be a reason to do so, especially as most of those options usually can get some good finds cheap, and most of the people selling don't tend to care that you're buying them! IMO, stealing shoes from people like that is lame, and in the end leaves a person rather distressed, especially as they could've been their favorite!
