Still having trouble uploading pix via mobile device.

I added some extra code to help diagnose the problem that you were having, and as I guessed it is the format that the phone is sending the pics in.
I can't allow octet streams into the site as they can contain executables, viruses etc.
Have a good look at the phone settings to see if there are are other file formats.
Also check the web browser that you are using on the phone and see if it has settings for MIME file types.
I will continue to look at the site code to see if I can introduce any kind of conversion/filter.
