I approach almost every woman I see wearing nice heels. Unfortunately, where I live not being an extremely urban area, the sightings are lot as frequent as I would like, but there was one instance that I will always remember.
About a year ago I spied a woman going into the post office wearing a black business suit, jet black stockings and black stiletto pumps with little rivets on them.
I waited for her to come out of the post office and stood with her at the intersection waiting for the light to change. Here is how the discussion went:
Me: I wanted to tell you how much I liked your shoes.
She: Thank you very much. I love wearing heels.
Me: I'm sorry more women don't wear them. They are much more feminine than some of the styles available.
She: Pumps are my favorite style.
Me: Me too. I prefer them much to platforms. Platforms are so clunky....I call them cheater heels.
(I can't believe we are still walking down the street chatting about heels.....I worry because I don't know how many blocks she is walking)
Me: Do you wear heels often?
She: Most of the time.
Me: And you don't find them uncomfortable?
She: They are very easy to wear, if they are well made shoes.
Me: Where do you buy most of your shoes?
She: Oh, different stores. I really like the styles that Baker's has.
Me: I'm sure glad that feminine styles are coming back. Did you ever buy shoes from Wild Pair before they went out of business? I always thought they had some of the nicest pumps.
She: I don't think I ever did.
Me: I guess they're even available on the internet now. Do you ever buy shoes on-line, like E-bay?
She: I've seen heels on-line, but never bought a pair there.
Me: You know, I was in Los Angeles a couple of weeks ago and went into Fredericks of Hollywood. They have some great high heels that aren't very expensive.
She: Those are too high for me.
Me: Yea, but they are still very attractive. And besides, those shoes you are wearing are pretty high. (she stops and lifts her foot as if to check out the heel height.....I am in heaven at this point) They look like they're at least 4 inches to me.
She: Do you think so? (I wanted to crouch down and measure them, but restrained myself from doing it)
Me: They look pretty high to me. Well nice chatting with you.
(We have walked about two blocks together and are coming to a point where we have to go left or right...I was hoping she was going left, but she went right) Have a great day.
She: You do the same. Bye!
What a great experience. I have played it back in my head many times. It confirms that, if you appear harmless and are honest about it, you can have some very interesting conversations about heel wearing.
I was thinking that the next time I saw her, I might remind her about our discussion and see if she wanted to continue the topic, perhaps over lunch. It would be great to spend an hour with someone who admires heels as much as I do.

I did a similar thing but it was with the receptionist where I work. She always wore pumps - usually 2"-3" high but she was sexy and her feet were small. I had seen her wear them everyday and I couldn't stand it any longer.
I worked up a story one day in the hopes of getting some of her shoes she no longer wore anymore. So, I took a deep breath and went to her desk. I went on the premise that I had lost our employee phone list and needed another one. As I stood there I complimented her on her heels - happened to be black leather pumps with a slightly square toe and about 2" high.
Her: She looked down at them then at me and smiled - "Thank you but they are kind of worn and I need to get a new pair."
Me: They look nice to me - especially in black.
Her: Thanks...I'll probably go shopping this weekend.
Me: Hey - that reminds me of something. My daughter's class at school is collecting worn shoes to give away. What are you going to do with those pumps when you get new ones?
Her: Oh, probably toss them in the trash - do you want them?
Me: (my cock is extremely hard by now) Yes - if you don't mind. If you have any others we'd appreciate them too.
Her: I'll have to look in my closet - I may have a couple more pair.
The next day she brought 4 pairs of shoes. The black pumps she wore the previous day, a white pair the same style, a pair of Keds white canvas tennis shoes and a pair of leather ankle boots. She wears a US size 5 1/2.
Since then for the last 4 years I ask her and she brings me about 4-6 pairs of worn shoes at that same time of year. She did ask me the last time if my daughter was still donating them - I think she may suspect...

This is something that I have had a fair amount of success with in the past. When I spot a woman wearing sexy looking heels....and to me, that would be spiked high heels with at least a 3 inch heel, I will walk up to her and tell her how great they look.
If she says thanks, then I will tell her that I notice shoes because I am in the wholesale shoe distribution business. I ask her who made the shoes and she will generally tell me where she bought them, but doesn't know who the maker is.
Then I ask her if she minded if I took a look on the inside because the manufacturer and manufacturing codes are on the inside of the shoe. They are so dumbfounded by the question that generally they give me the shoe.
I take the shoe and pretend that I am looking inside, but bring it very close to my face in order to smell the leather and perfume.
By this time, I am rock hard. The thought of holding a stranger's shoe in a public place, just sends this energy through my whole body. It is very exciting.
You have to choose the location carefully, like inside a department store or at a gas pump, but I have never been turned down.

It would be kind of hard to ask them for their shoes. Since I am approaching them in public places, they don't have any other shoes with them and therefore would be barefoot if they gave me their shoes.
That is not to say that I don't spend a lot of time jacking to the memory and experience in another pair of heels.

i've gotten a few pairs before... boots and sneakers. i find a girl in the mall or near a place that has a shoe store or anywhere if she's hot and the shoes or boots are trashed and turning me on... and I offer her to buy her a new pair if she gives me her old pair.
