I've never used a heel. But have used a thin, patent strap from (say) a sandal. I've also used cosmetics such as an eye-liner pencil.

I don't think it's wise in any sense. Very dangerous. Perhaps though, that is half the thrill for some? Who knows. Hopefully someone with experience can enlighten?

Not advisable with a heel that has been worn and walked about on it makes the edges vary sharp also a lubricant is advisable I have a couple pictures doing it on my profile. But being honest about it I did it just because I can not because I found it arousing.
