I dont find anything very pleasant about having things crushed at all. BUT I love using the heels like handle bars easy rider wow.

Call me a whimp if you like but i dont get the whole crushed cock, or kicked in the balls stuff. For me i love to simply have the shoe rubbed over me, love the feel of the leather (patent even better). Maybe some guys have a different pain level to others
Different shoes have different best bits, all depends on the style

I'm a little more into the CBT side of things where shoes / boots provide the, T! I like to try as many different things as I can imagine to do.
Fave is wrapping a thin patent strap (cut off a handbag) about a Mtr long around my balls. As tight as I dare!! I then attach as many shoes as I dare to this strap so that the increasing weight causes the strap to bite tighter and tighter. Exqusite!!!!
