Anyone have and ideas how to attract more women to this site? I for one came here not only to post pics of myself, but also check out other women in heels. As 99% of this site is male, with numerous males joining every day there are only 3 active females who come to the site most days and participate. Considering the site is about shoes you would think you would find more female pics, but as most pics are of guys doing the usual (this isnt a gripe at blokes by the way before you jump on me) I wonder how we can actually bring more females to the site (and not just males pretending to be females which I have come across a fair bit).
If it want for the other couple of genuine females here there would be no pics at all for me to look at, and I am sure I am not the only female who prefers to see women in heels rather than what guys commonly do with them. (again that wasnt a gripe, that was a personal preference).
There are of course genuine couples like mifetish below with lovely pictures of a lady in heels and the gentleman which is great - variety. I guess I am just on about the sheer majority being single blokes so wondering how to attract more women either individually or as genuine couples

sounds like it's going to be an F.F.F night. as far as getting more actual "women" to participate in the site we have no ideas. it is, what it is,
as far as we can see you just have to take the bad with the good and filter through all the B.S to get to what you want to see. i don't go to the CD page or the men in heels page if we do run accross what we think might be a man in heels we skip over it.

i totally agree with you w.a.s....i would love to see more females on this site showing off their beautiful heels, and less of males pretending to be females. i mean to each his own, but trying to fool people or not telling them is pretty disturbing to me. if you want to put on heels and the nail polish then make sure people are aware of that.
as for attracting more ladies to the site...maybe more advertising on shoe selling sites...just a thought

A lot of the material on this site seems to be sexual oriented which I think is cool, but maybe if there was more stuff on shoes from a fashion oriented perspective..... also this is something that came up on a site called hhplace.org a while back but maybe if the site's design got upgraded to a more updated and professional appearance that might help attract more female members as well. Not that I want this site to become anything like hhplace.org. Lord knows I think the people on that site can be stuck up.

Another good point. Although some would argue this is an adult site so the sexual orientated parts belong here - which they do of course, I understand what you say - that would be a lovely thing. I am not actually aware of the site you mention. What is it?

for explaining that. Like you say - its nice to have both - best of both worlds. I just wish there was more from the ladies/fashion sense/style like you say as opposed to the majority style pics which generally monopolise the site. I will rack my brains to think of how to maybe improve the balance.
updated: Just took a look at the site. See what you mean - although I have never been a fan of the forum style page so of course "SJ"'s site is much better ! :-)

That is cool. I see wear your coming from And I respect your opinion. But I think the point is that maybe more of a balance between fetish photos/regular shoe photos and shoe topics would help attract a more variety of members.... But still I stress that I think that the adult oriented part of the site is cool and should remain. Not to mention a new design because people do pay attention to that kinda stuff. Not that this one isn't nice. Maybe just needs to be more updated.

you produce some of the sexiest shots i have ever seen.. legs and heels to die for and such attention to detail in the shots too... so as you can all tell, i dont fast forward on any of those type of shot... as for a balance between high fashion shots and fetish shots, well i think you need to realise this IS a fetish site, and is probably male orientated because its mostly the males who have the fetish. This site exists to provide a place for shoe and foot fetishists to just be... without shame. So although it would be great to have more women here, i think the majority only come here through a relationship with a man with this urge.. to learn more about it. If you want to see models in shoes go to a catalogue web page, theres plenty of em... there ISNT another site comparable to this even with its flaws...

Several good point there too. Honestly I agree with those a little bit more then my statements. I hope I wasn't being to critical or confrontational, or offensive. I just trying to offer perspective to the original question as to why there might not be more women on here. As far as my other post I twas just trying to stir the topic about around to the main question and avoid a witch hunt for men in heels.

There is no witch hunt at all so don't worry bout that. SH says she thinks the guys produce some of the sexiest shots, that's fine and her preference. I totally dissagree of course, no picture of a man in heels can ever be as sexy to me, as a woman in heels. That is my preference.
As for going to catalogue sites for more fashion pics u miss the point. They are paid to do it so what is sexy about that? Same with all pro porn. It would just be nice if the balance of women in heels as opposed to blokes in them or cumming in them, was higher. I don't think any female can dissagree with the want in it's most basic form.

Although the guys will think this is a pop at them it isnt. as this is about preference.
You can tell a lot of male legs and feet in heels as opposed to a females on this site fairly easily.
So if you are talking about extremities and cracked heels and the like then yes, its still sexier to see a woman in heels than a guy. If a guy has "Fabulous legs" then congratulations - but they are still Male legs and you can spot the difference a mile off.
Personally I am struggling to think how there could even be a debate on which is sexier - a woman in heels, or a man? But a again that is my preference and opinion.
Again - if you are going to extremities - talking about 'vaginas' - that has nothing to do with it. You can still tell a female's legs and feet in shoes to a guys in many ways - and those who say they cant tell at least a decent amount must be half blind.
Let's not forget, high heels are intended to be worn by females to enhance their sexuality and dress. I could give some extreme examples here but I am not going to as the guys will think this is just having a go at them when it isnt what this post is about.
This post is about trying to find or create an increase of pictures of females in high heels as opposed to the guys, (although the post seems to be going in the directiion of having a pop at guys in heels but I assure you IT ISNT the point I am making). Males are free and happy to do what they want and post what they want on here as famales are which is why I am not saying guys need to stop or change. I am commenting on the ratio of pics of males in shoes to females in shoes and that the latter needs to be increased as to most, people prefer to look at females in heels rather than males in heels at the end of the day. SH comments that this is a fetish site so will be dominated by males anyway which yeh, always happens however it doesnt stop me, and several other members whom I speak to wanting to see more pics of females in heels than guys wearing, or playing with them. I mean heck, if I and my site friends of similar opinion are in the minority of thinking females in heels are sexier than males - I may as well remove all my pics and make Mr WAS wear them and take some shots and maybe that would be better hey? Hmmmm.

Personally, after I first signed up and experimentally put up a few pictures, the large amount of, well, "disturbing" (to me, that is) messages I got shortly after, really wasn't what I was expecting, creeped me out a fair bit, and after discovering that I wasn't allowed to block any of them without first getting premium (or say, having the option to disable messages entirely), it just seemed that it'd be more sensible for me to remove pictures than to post any more... just my two cents.

my point about women was that they mostly only come here because they are part of a couple, and its the men of the partnership who encourage them to be here... i think the point is that a lot of women dont actively participate, and that IS a great shame..

I think the fact that only two women have actively contributed to this and to most of the forums show that most women are really here to learn more or are just curious of there mans fetish as SH has said.
I, as a guy, would love to have more women and the female half of couples actively taking part on here, i'm sure it would make for interesting forums and posts. How we encourage them is another story that i have no idea of how to do.
I can only go by my wifes time with her own profile , she found it interesting at first but then the messages got a bit the same with all the guys who wanted to cum and fuck her shoes etc. It was not what she was looking for all the time. there is a section just for women, that is off limits to men,. i don't know how much it is used but you do have a private section, maybe women, should use it more for uploading pics, just for other women ,to see or what have you

It may be wrong but i wonder if women really want to talk and chat with each other about the shoe fetish subject. I do agree with some of the posts that a lot of the material can be shocking to some women to the site, but has anyone ever thought of putting some kind of filter to what you want to see and what you don't? Or maybe categorize the pictures in a much better manner. Everyone has different tastes but I'm guessing some people don't want to see some of the material on this site
My idea would be like... members of this site would have certain preferences, such as if they want to see nudity, genitiles or just shoes and they can mark that up in their profiles, and throughout the site, members could flag things within those categories and it would filter it all for that particular user. So if someone just wanted to filter everything but shoes, they would only see shoes on their personal account. That way we could get more members as well.
I have some of the same problems too, sometimes when I come on this site, I go into the "Wet Messy Trashed" section, and as much as I love seeing shoes trashed, some of the pictures just make me want to puke such as pictures of shoes with fecal matter or urine in them. Some pictures are just unsightly to the public and I think a filter for this site could do wonders. I'm sure a lot of women are tired of seeing the same pictures of a man's penis inside a heel when they go through the site by now.
Just a thought though...

That is a great idea... However, if the folks here that are posting shots cannot get them into the right categories now, what makes us think that they will flag them correctly. I agree that I love to see women in heels, and getting more to join would be awesome. But, I have seen some of the comments posted on my wifes page and I can understand why they don't hang around long. My wife gets comments about how men wanna shoot off in her heels or just have sex with her... This to me is degrading to the women on this site. My wife loves being a part of this site, and I love the fact that she is. So for getting more women on here... I have know idea how to get them here.

The filter idea is a good one for sure, I also agree with the comment that if people can not categorise them correctly now then why will they in future. However like anything it would be mammoth at the start but could be worth looking at. After all, we categorise our own profiles dont we, so theres the first step made. I will have a word with SJ.
I do agree with the comments relating to Wet messy and trashed - some of it does make me wanna hurl haha, but then i guess that is what some call messy and trashed so i guess is certainly in the right place, its just most do not want to see the most utter of extremes.
This post have given some good conversation and ideas so thank you to all for participating and stirring some thoughts.
