	There are two ways to add a member to your friends list: the simplest is to click on the profile picture and then click on the 'add to friends' text that appears above the picture. Alternatively you can enter the member menu on the left side of the site, and click on 'Your Friends' and enter the member username here. You can add your own comments as well. Nothing is sent to the profile owner, but they will be able to see your comments when they view the list of people who have them as friends. You may see who has added your own profile to their favourites by clicking on 'Member Area' in the members menu. If you don't yet see any mention of other members who have added your profile to their friends under the 'Your Friends' heading then you have not yet been added to anyone's friends list yet.

	Tick the box that says " Remove from friends" and then click Save
