I use myspace and facebook to get my female friend's used shoes. If anyone else is interested in an easy way to get shoes let me know.

I send a message to my female friends saying that I'm doing volunteer work for a women's shelter. I stress the fact that shoe donations are needed even if it's one pair...It works for me

Most of mine have been obtained at shops. The worn ones that I have fun with, but are pretty much to small for me I buy from thirft shops often, and most of the ones I could wear I buy new from various stores (thouh its' becoming a PITA to find a nice pair of women's 12 these days), though every now and then I can find a nice pair in my size at a thirft shop as well.

I get them a few different ways:
- Buy them online, these are usually for my girlfriend.
- Buy them in stores, though I feel they’ll think I’m a pervert. However one thing I do is bring my girlfriend in, then go back another day without her. Then the sales girls are cool and very helpful.
- I’ve bought some really nice worn pairs in thrift stores.
- Go to thrift stores late at night. People things off after hours and I’ve found some really nice pairs for free.
- I’ve also had pairs donated to the cause from previous girlfriends—these are prized mementos for me.

I was in Burlington Outlet a couple of weeks ago and found these great 4 inch stiletto ankle boots. When I am close to the girl, I mean, I already have some friendship, I may ask her directly to lend me for taking pictures. Some of them know what is it for, and they don't mind at all.
One of my friends gives me her used shoes. The only problem is that she washes them before giving them away.
In most of the times, I "borrow" without authorization, have fun in a room or a bathroom and give it back "cleaner"! :P

Personally, I enjoy knowing who the owner is and if that meant taking them from their work places or houses/apartments during a party, I’ve done it. Theirs nothing like knowing who the shoes belongs too.
But another good way to get them is from ebay. But not just any sellers, I stay away from anything resembling ebay stores and look for individual sellers instead. Some sellers will give a good description of who the footwear belonged too, like “these were my used pair that I don’t wear anymore” or “these belong to my daughter, she out grew them.” If you’re really lucky the seller will even have a picture on her ebay profile information. At least it gives you an idea who you’re buying from. When it comes to used shoes online I’m usually very picky on the seller’s information.
One great tip that works for me, I’ll check the seller’s real name by looking on my paypal account information after the purchase transaction. Then when I Google the name, I might luck out and come across their Facebook or Myspace page (or any other business information of their occupation), which usually includes a picture. Chances are I’ll never run into this person in my lifetime but at least I know I’ll own a pair of her shoes. Once I’ve gotten a pair of navy blue pumps from a very pretty attorney that she sold on ebay. And her profile was on an attorney website. I use to fantasize about how they looked on her feet when he used to wear them in court.
I still own two pairs of Skechers from a 26 year old nurse from Hawaii that I bought online and I’ve seen pictures of her wearing them on her Myspace page. In the pictures the shoes look new-ish so I know the pictures were taken much earlier before she sold them. So not only do I have her shoes but also pictures of her wearing them to masturbate too. I've bought them from charity shops, car-boot sales, garage and house sales. I've bought them new from shoe shops a couple of times.

I was never alone in the store (what heaven that would've been!) but I often took customers' shoes to the grinding and stitching machines in the basement. I agree completely: knowing to whom the shoes belonged makes it sooo much better!
