My what big pictures you have!
Hi there.

When I attempt to post a pic which I just made from my iPhone, it's usually a 1024x768 or 768x1024 pixel photo. Usually, when I try to post that to the site, I'll get a 'File is not a JPEG or PNG type.' After I take the photo into a graphics app and resize it by trial-and-error, I can post my pic.

So, what is the maximum portrait and maximum landscape size of a photo that HSS will post correctly?

Thanks for your advice.

My what big pictures you have!
SJ advice to use .jpg format 800x600 px.For resizing your pictures you can use pixer.com.I took my pictures using iPad or iPhone6s plus and I never have problem to upload.Note:You still can upload larger pictures jpg format but normally takes a while to upload.Good luck

Yeah.

800x600 does have a nice size ratio to it. Good to know. I'll set a template sheet on my graphics app and use that to adjust the pics before I post them. Thanks!
