I guess when staying at someones house, they would quite expect and not have a problem with you using their towel, soap, cups etc. Guess if you used their tooth brush they probably wouldn't be happy, but not cause a fuss about it. Now if you got caught spunking all over the insides of their high heel shoes they had just worn, which has happened to me, i've found this causes an issue! Lucky for me, the girl in question just had a go, cleaned them out and wore them the next day. But if it had turned out different, can you actually be arrested and charged with a sex offence for just cumming in someones shoes, when they are not present or involved in the action??

Yes you can. There have been news reports in some countries about them setting up stings for catching people that have been suspected of doing this in various workplaces.

I thought that, but its hardly a sex offence in my mind, if you've not physically touched an actual person. Does anybody agree with me on that? To be honest thats just made it more horney and a thrill for me. Some girls leave their shoes in the most public of places, like slipping them off and leaving them in their bathroom/ toilet! I'm sure they're doing that hoping your going to have a lick or a sniff arn't they?

If I may. As a woman who has spent her life in heels, married to a man who has an intense love (fetish, whatever term you desire) for sexy footwear on women, married to a person who "polishes" my heels if you will (go look at my pics) I would like to offer some insight.
A lifestyle choice versus a fetish is simple - when whatever it is (heels, stockings, knickers, etc) that lights your sexual desires starts to interfere with normal relations, risks your job, health, reputation, etc. it's time to pause, think, and yes if necessary get some professional help (there is no shame). A few years ago I took off a pair of black patent leather court shoes (pumps to the Yanks like my husband) with five inch heels at work to put on my runners for a lunch time power walk with the gals. A young, polite, lad worked in the office with us. Hey I'm not immune to desire, I like being fit & sexy, I wear 4,5, 5 1/2 inch heels to work - I'm married to a man who adores heels - I can spot a shoe lover a mile away. This lad stared (I'm fine with it) at, commented (respectively I must add) and complimented my foot ware daily. During the course of our time in the office he figured out (from comments my female friends at work made) I choose to wear stockings (personal issue as I just don't like to wear pantyhose or knickers) under my business outfits and skirts. Long story short I returned from my walk and, although he tried to wipe them clean, trust me they had been "played" with to full completion. And here is the point I'm trying to make:
He was sweet, meant no harm, shy around the ladies. He truly meant no harm and I passed a few statements his way to let him know that I knew - and it was NOT appreciated. Now listen I wanted no harm to come to him, truly understood his passion but you know what? It could have been very different with someone else or even with me had I not known him and felt somewhat sorry for him. I could have had him fired, embarrassed, blacklisted for future employment. And, yes at least where I reside his actions (ejaculating on someone's clothes, property, personal possessions) is a form of assault that can get one arrested and prosecuted. Look guys find yourself a partner (my husband did) who will engage you in this. Seek the "professional services" shall we say of certain woman who cater to these desires, oh bloody hell go buy yourself a pair to use in private while lost in your fantasy - no different than the electric "friends" that I and many of my girlfriends have. BUT some of the actions that I hear described here? Better be careful boys before you pay a price you'd rather not have to pay.

agree with Amy (though I think finding a partner that's into the fetish might be easier said than done lol.) but I've always said if it's that bad buy a pair to play with though I think for some the risk factor also plays a role in it. Don't think it's to harsh for it to be a sex offence (I think most laws would say this is sexual harassment more then anything) in this day and age women especially if they're single and living by themselves have to worry a lot about strange men and what they might do to them (home invasions, rapes, stalking, crazy exs etc...) and I would think coming back to the office finding out that some stranger has left his mark in your fav pair of pumps would be kind of scary (who did this? Is he stalking me? Is he going to do something to me next? etc...) be careful asos4 with assuming stuff like that. in those news articling the women sure didn't sound like they left their shoes there to be played with. That's the fantasizing.

The girl who caught me was well upset, untill i explained that i did it because i found her hot, she seamed ok, well not so bothered after that. Guess most girls would be pissed not knowing who it was, but i wonder if there's any that leave their shoes around hoping someone actually does cum in them behind their back at work etc??

Asos I enjoy, truly enjoy, having my partners I've been with "polishing" my stilletos to cap off some fun play. However, I find it hard to believe (not saying it's not true but I've never had a female friend even suggest such) ANY woman just inadvertently leaves her heels around in the forlorn hope that some stranger will mess all over them????? I noticed all of his pictures he had made of this very topic mention in the paper had been taken down. I too saw the topic in question. I remember during the middle of it when he said he was pretty sure that they noticed after the shoes disappeared for a few weeks. I loved how one of his last posts there was him mentioning that he got out of jail a few days before.
Needless to say, people should seriously try to avoid stealing shoes if they can. These days, it's too easy to get caught, plus it seems that it easily develops into a habit too. That guy who ended up getting 2500 pairs out of a high school one night up in WI is still pretty fresh in my mind.
As much as I loved the site through the years, and that site has been a well known one for shoe fetishists for years, at least since the turn of the century. It seems that the admin really needs to keep more careful observation of the topics lately too, there are some things there that have started to worry me, specifically people admitting they're teenaged posting around (like high school aged teenage, none of this 18/19 crap that is a genre), or talking all about incest.
